• Marketplace connection data: seller account identifiers and OAuth/refresh tokens you authorize us to store in order to connect channels such as Amazon.
• Business data: your catalog, listings, inventory levels, pricing, orders, settlement and financial records synced from connected marketplaces.
• Usage and device data: log data, IP address, browser type, and actions taken within the application, used to operate and improve the service.

02. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain Omnietech SellerOS and its features.
• Connect to and sync data with the marketplaces you authorize.
• Reconcile orders, inventory, fees, and settlements on your behalf.
• Send service communications, alerts, and support responses.
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse.
• Improve our features and develop new ones.

03. Marketplace Tokens & Security

Protecting your marketplace credentials is fundamental to our service. Marketplace refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. Plaintext tokens never appear in our application responses, logs, or database columns.

Each customer organization’s data is logically isolated, and access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information.

04. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• Marketplaces and integrations you connect (e.g., Amazon), to provide the functionality you request.
• Service providers (e.g., authentication, hosting, and database providers) who process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
• Legal and safety reasons, where required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Omnietech, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

05. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services to function, including authentication providers and marketplace APIs. Your use of connected marketplaces is also governed by their respective privacy policies and terms. We encourage you to review them.

06. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. We may retain certain information as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you disconnect a marketplace, the associated tokens are revoked and deleted.

Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and you may disconnect any marketplace at any time from within the app. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and secure the service. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect functionality.

09. Children’s Privacy

Omnietech SellerOS is a business tool intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
