Terms of Service

01. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Omnietech SellerOS. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and organization. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

02. The Service

Omnietech SellerOS provides tools to centralize and manage catalog, inventory, orders, pricing, fees, and settlements across supported marketplaces. Available channels and features may change over time as we add or update integrations.

03. Marketplace Connections

To use certain features, you authorize Omnietech to connect to your marketplace seller accounts and act on the data you grant us access to. You represent that you have the right to connect those accounts and that your use complies with each marketplace’s applicable agreements and policies.

You remain solely responsible for your relationship with, and obligations to, the marketplaces you sell on.

04. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service except as expressly permitted.
• Upload content or data that violates the rights of others or any applicable law.

05. Subscriptions, Trials & Payment

We may offer free trials and paid subscription plans. Trial terms (such as a 14-day free trial) are described at sign-up. Paid fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be presented before you subscribe. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless required otherwise by law.

06. Your Data & Ownership

As between you and Omnietech, you retain ownership of your business data. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your data solely to provide and improve the service. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

07. Intellectual Property

The Omnietech SellerOS platform, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Omnietech Labs and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service as permitted here.

08. Service Availability

We strive to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

09. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or that data synced from marketplaces will be complete or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omnietech Labs and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect the service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, subject to provisions that by their nature should survive.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
